Does NiceCloud access my cloud data?

A: No. Your data storage and usage occur on the cloud provider's platform. The platform only transfers necessary account information during account registration and top-up. User information uses bank-level encryption systems and is ISO27001 certified. All sensitive information is end-to-end encrypted, and NiceCloud has no permission to access or store users' cloud resources and data.

Which cloud service providers does NiceCloud support for account registration?

A: The platform supports account registration for major global public cloud service providers, including Alibaba Cloud International (Domestic), Tencent Cloud International (Domestic), Huawei Cloud International (Domestic), AWS, Google Cloud, etc. These are official cloud provider accounts. Users can obtain corresponding cloud accounts after registering with NiceCloud. For other cloud needs, you can also consult our online customer service.

Is the top-up amount directly credited to the original provider account?

A: The top-up amount will be allocated to your original cloud service account in real time. NiceCloud does not handle users' cloud data, and funds remain transparent and secure throughout the entire process.

Do you provide dedicated support services for large customers?

A: Yes, we provide Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) services for large customers. This service is mainly for high-consumption or important customers. Dedicated account managers do the following: First, provide one-on-one technical support; Second, apply for advanced technical support services from cloud providers, including 7×24 hour response, SLA guarantees, and resource coordination; Third, provide customized solutions based on customer needs.

What is the relationship between NiceCloud and cloud providers?

A: The platform is an authorized service channel for cloud providers. Users obtain official cloud provider accounts through the platform. The platform only provides proxy services such as account registration, top-up, and discount offers, and does not own or allocate any cloud service resources.
